01Summary (TL;DR)

VWAY Co., Ltd. has wrapped up two days at the Korean Society of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (KoSAIM) 2026 Annual Conference, held October 23 (Fri) – 24 (Sat) at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas. At booth M-3 in front of the Magnolia Room we demonstrated Teamer Medical Suite (eQMS, ALM, SBOM, RAS) on its actual screens. 67 visitors signed our guestbook and 7 left business cards, from hospitals, universities, medical AI companies and public institutions.

This year's Hot Topics were the Korean foundation model and hospital digital transformation, with thematic sessions on multimodal foundation models, agentic AI, trustworthy, safe and regulatory AI, and generative AI. On day 1 the session “Trustworthy, Safe & Regulatory AI in Clinical Practice” took place in the Magnolia Room, right next to the VWAY booth.

03At the Booth

We set up the booth on the night of October 22. Five graphic panels covered the truss frame — top, main, both pillars and the counter front — with the main panel presenting “an eQMS/ALM solution for international medical device approval and quality management systems”. The left pillar listed supported standards such as FDA, GMP, CE MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDSAP and IEC 62304; the right pillar listed key functions from document management to AI features, with a free-trial QR code.

On the monitor and laptop we showed Teamer's actual screens, from eQMS document management and e-approval to IEC 62304 software life cycle management in ALM. Visitors received the Teamer brochure and a gift (an eco bag).

04Who Visited

167 guestbook entries · 7 business cards

Over the two days, 67 visitors signed our guestbook and 7 left business cards.

2Hospital researchers

Researchers and clinicians from tertiary and university hospitals made up the largest group.

3University researchers

Researchers from universities and graduate schools working on medical AI also stopped by.

4Industry and public institutions

We also met people from medical device and medical AI companies, medical industry support agencies and a government ministry.

Thanks to the society's booth tour stamp event and the official booth tour on the afternoon of day 1, the foyer was busy at every break. Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us.
